GENERAL FAQ'S
Currently, there is no business phone number. During business hours you can always reach send an email or book a free discovery call for any queries or if you wish to chat to us.
Due to the nature of the business there are no set opening hours, although no no messages or emails will be responded to on Sunday or Monday.Â
You should always receive a response within 48 hours outside of those days.
Anything that is not responded to within that time, please send it again in case, it may have been accidentally missed.
Yes, I have completed website & social media management projects which have applied for this voucher.

Occasionally, there will be discounts & offers across the site.
Most often, they will only be for subscribers to the newsletter.Â

- For website development & design projects: 50% of the total amount quoted is due before commencing any work & the final balance is due before launching your website.Â
- For social media projects & initial SEO set-up: For the first month, 50% of the total per month is due before commencing any work & the final 50% is due 3 weeks later.
For the months thereafter payments are due at the start of each month in full. - For all other services: no payment plan is currently in place.Â

You can always request a payment plan suitable for you and where possible, it will be accommodated.Â
Refunds are not offered on any services as a detailed proposal with deliverables is sent to & agreed by the client in advance of any work starting.
All downloadable products cannot be refunded.Â
Courses more than 20% complete cannot be refunded.Â

It’s extremely hard to price services exactly as the packages are tailored to suit each clients unique vision, ideal & goal.Â
All our services have the starting prices outlined so you can know what to expect.Â
All our products & courses are priced clearly.
Our services on the site do not include VAT, upon receiving the custom proposal we will outline the exact tax breakdown(s).Â

At the moment, I work exclusively on WordPress as I feel it’s the most customisable.Â
In this case, the most suitable service for you would be the Website RE-DESIGN.

Of course! There are many options for you in this case.
If you wish to change some images, colours, fonts etc you can opt for the Website RE-VAMP service.
If you wish to change the layout of the whole website the RE-DESIGN service would be the best option.Â
Finally, if you wish to make some small changes to a few areas, the CREATIVE SUCCESS DAY might work for you.Â

The Social Media Services offered at Creative Forte are not intended for your content or account to go viral.Â
We believe in creating & nurturing a community that will actually buy from you.
That’s not a problem!
We do tend to focus on Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok at Creative Forte but we can always work with other platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat & Pinterest.Â
The price outlined above only include what is mentioned in the “What’s Included?” section for one platform.
To add an additional platform the package won’t double but it will cost a little extra.Â

A free trial is not something we currently offer. We do offer free discovery calls so that we can ensure we are a perfect fit for your business & brand before committing to work together.

Social media is always a constant work in progress. For best results & to see the strategies we put in place start to work, we have a minimum of 3 months provision in place for all of our packages including custom made ones.
