To give you the best experience, I’ve created a customised client hub that includes step-by-step guides to help you prepare and organise everything you need for your project. All materials must be uploaded to the client hub at least one week before your start date. This allows me enough time to bring everything together seamlessly.

Here’s what I need from you:

Onboarding Systems Content: Questionnaires, contracts, welcome guides, or forms you want included in your automated onboarding process.
Course Content: Videos, lessons, PDFs, templates, and any other resources for course creation.
Email Marketing Materials: All email copy, sequences, and branding details for automated communication, such as onboarding emails, reminders, and newsletters.
Website Copy: Text for your site pages, including course descriptions, sales pages, FAQs etc.

You recieve an application from a client on your vision-board to sign up for your group program. BOOM over the application goes to your chosen CRM (or we can set up our own FREE one).

They’re a vision-board client so duhh, you send them ONE link to pay. This is where the magic truly happens…

Your client is sent to a page where they can pay in full, pay a deposit amount or choose their preferred payment plan option.

Upon clicking “pay”, they are emailed their receipt and a schedule for their upcoming future invoices. They’ll be automatically logged in and directed to their onboarding hub to view the program expectations, sign a contract and book a kick-off call.

When onboarding is complete, they are added to your group community, given access to their training hub and sent a downloadable calendar of upcoming group calls.

I will be changing the content in my courses for every new program and/or course intake, how does this work?
