About
Bonny Bó sell fresh whole milk from a self service milk vending machine in the heart of Ireland, Athlone.
By selling their milk via self service vending machine it creates a unique experience for people WHILE reassuring them that their milk is a fresh as possible and in it’s most natural state.
What I did
Created an overall website design that directly reflects the experience you get when you visit Bonny Bó.
Developed and built the website strategically so that people are guided through visuals and copy through a buyer’s journey so that the obvious step is to experience Bonny Bó in person for yourself.
Added elements such as a milk splash and cow print to create a fun and playful feeling which you get when you are at Bonny Bó’s milk vending machine.
Designed an about page to clearly show how, the Nally family don’t just run another farm but are TRULY passionate about what they do and embody it in who they are as people. They’re on a mission to educate people on knowing where their food actually comings from and to support local as much as possible.
Added an FAQ section to answer the questions that previously took up some time to answer via DM.
Developed a contact form which collects all information that the Nally family need and sends it directly to their new domain email address, whereby they can reply.
Designed long form pages which clearly explain exactly what Bonny Bó milk is, the flavours you can enjoy and how the vending machines actually work.
Created a blog to continuously add posts to highlight the amazing benefits you get from shopping Bonny Bó VS regular shop bought milk.
Developed a shop so that Bonny Bó can sell their popular merchandise which consists of a bag and hoody.
Added a gallery to showcase the beautiful farm and life of Bonny Bó from the cows, the Nally family and the milk itself.

Impact
Positioned Bonny Bó as THE option when it comes to purchasing milk locally.
Simplified the process of using the self service milk vending machine as there is a QR code directly linking to the “Vending Machine Page” which guides people step by step on how to use the machine.
This has allowed Eimear to spend much less time at the vending machine and writing the same message over and over on socials.
Had the busiest week-end since opening of Bonny Bó after website launch.
Consistently seeing more and more customers in-person on weekdays since website launch.
Allows Eimear and the Nally family to post on socials if they like to but they don’t rely on this as their only marketing and advertising as the website is ALWAYS working in the background for them.
