Everything you need to know about After-Care
- You already have a website that you like the overall design of.
- You have either
a) had your website built by me OR
b) had a developer work on your website within the last 6 months. - You don’t feel comfortable managing updates on your own.Â
- You don’t have time to manage updates on your own.Â

If you prefer to manage everything on your own but are unsure where to start, my WebCare Fundamentals course might be a better option for you.Â
This can be used to UPDATE content (images, videos, making tweaks to your copy or adding a pop-up banner/form) and for limited functional updates (changing product information, adding a new product, tweaking checkin forms, updating header menu, updating services/events on booking calendar).Â
Please note, it may not be possible to make all of the above changes in just 2 hours per month, so it’s important that you outline the most important tasks in order of priority.
I will do my best to work on as much as possible in the agreed hours. Anything which cannot be complete, will be added to the tasks for the following month or you can add on extra hours if required.

- You will automatically have access to your After-Care Hub, which will give you access to our contract, invoices and allow me to access your website. It will also allow you to request any updates you wish for me to make in the hours you have booked.
- As a bonus you will get access to the Creative Academy Community where you can ask any questions you may have to other community members or myself in a group environment.Â
I work exclusively on WordPress so if your website was built there, I can help!Â
After-Care requires a minimum of 3x months sign up.Â
This is because I want to perform updates to your site and monitor it to ensure it is actually working and bringing you in leads & sales.
To be able to do this, I need a minimum of 3x months so I can analyse everything and so you can start to see results!
Nope! I cannot guarantee this because it depends on many factors and how much you are willing to give to your website and business also.Â
What I am sure of is that if we continue to work on your website and you are happy to follow my suggestions, you will see a drastic improvement in your business.Â
- After-care is a low support offer where there are no calls & communication will be via email, unless there is an emergency. (An emergency includes a site with an eCommerce shop being unable to recieve sales OR members of your membership not able to login. All other issues are not considered an emergency and will be fixed on a first come first served basis)

After-care is solely to maintain what is currently on your website or make small changes and updates. Changing how your website looks or functions is not included in a maintenance package and this requires its own quote at an additional cost.Â
Alternatively, if you wish to learn how to make changes you can do this by booking a mentoring package. This allows you to book a monthly call with me where I will teach you how to make the changes yourself and then re-view your changes and offer feedback. You can read more details about it here
